yesterday was my mother's birthday!! now i don't mean to brag but i have the greatest mom in the world!! she is amazing! i am so lucky that i had the opportunity this summer to return home and spend the last five months with her and my little brother! they are quite the duo who i miss ALL the time!! i know exactly who i want to be, because it is exactly who my mother is. So pamela this one is for you! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!

currently:

i am sitting at my desk, in my unorganized abode,
in a towel and the usual turban that dries my hair
shopping online
i found some nixon watches on sale --
brother's birthday is coming up.
got him a nixon watch for christmas last year.
he never wears it.

last night:

exhaustedly on my way home from the happiest place on earth
i started missing school
not the educational part
but the people, atmosphere, and activities
i wondered what everyone's plans were for the weekend
how the new roomies are
feeling a little replaced, and unmissed
but i am content, while still looking for a job
someday i'll find one
i'm a little discouraged
photography is on hold
ecause of unexplicable reasons and frustrations
the job hunt has only just begun,
although i am unexcited and disinterested by it

i am wishing that someone would blog about school
however monotonous it may seem to you
i am curious
i saw pictures from allison's party on fb
you all looked lovely

two10ers!

i seriously can't believe this summer is over, and this is it! i hope everyone has had an amazing time home/in utah/on vacation/wherever everyone has been! sorry i've been so bad at communication. i'm just so excited to be reunited! --except for heather and kelsey, both of which are extremely selfish.

just thought i'd share a few notes.

wow, i've had the most amazing summer, and i couldn't have asked for a better time these last 4 1/2 months!



i had my last day watching rijk- the world's largest 15 month-old yesterday!
seriously, this kid was the cutest. and the family was amazing...the mother, andrea bought me the CUTEST little clutch from ant hropologie as a going away present! :) such a great summer experience!! it's crazy to me to think that when i first started he wasn't even walking. now he's 18 months. what a champ.



turns out i met a really cute boy (guess i should say man haha).
the eric otto.
a wonderful boy indeed. went to michigan, shared ice cream in the park, ate pizza every time we went out, and he taught me what it's like to date a true gentleman!

can't wait to share all my stories with you little cuties.



living with tiff was the best choice i've ever made. she's the best sister in the whole world!
oh chicago.
turns out she fell in love with a boy. he's really cute. remember tylor ames? yep, just like him.
also, tiffy will be gracing rexburg with her presence come january. yessss. you'll all meet her...be excited! :)

this summer has romanced me!


now it's back to mount shasta for a week before i go to IDAHO. i'll be there the night of the 7th! HEATHER, congrats on graduating! building 2 won't be the same!
KELSEY, i'm just mad at you (and by mad, i mean i'm going to be absolutely depressed).
JESSICA, roommaaaates! yesss.
KRISTEN, i hope you and blockbuster man live happily ever after. can't wait to hear about it.

PARRRRTAAAYYY

Today is the best day of my life.
It is the last day I ever have to work for this blasphemous company called CargoBay, Inc.

I also had a dr's appt this morning.
No more physical therapy.
Wake boarding here I come.

I am seriously so excited to have two and a half weeks of vacation.
And the best part is knowing that when it's over... I'll be seeing all of your lovely faces every second.

Kim: don't kill yourself. Seriously though. Can't wait to move back in with your face.
KJ: wtf. where are you even living in the fall? I DOOOO want to party. Every second I am awake. and sometimes when I am sleeping. Seriously though. This is not a drill.
HoHo, Kris, Court: I believe Sean and I are going to Magic Mtn next weekend. You should come play. I'm not kidding. I really miss you guys. San Diego was the best day of my summer to date.

I love you all... I guess I should go back to work? pahahah. funny joke.

this weekend my entire family celebrated a man, a wonderful, brilliant, righteous, amazing man, on his 90th birthday! i'm honored to call him Bumpa and i cherish every diet coke, every Hershey's with almonds, every trip to the Hat, and of course Costco from what i've learned for him! I love Bumpa! and thanks to heathermariephotographie you can all share this beautiful weekend with me!
