like when the power goes out for 3 hours because of heavy winds
you go to work out in the lounge and there is only one treadmill and it's being used
every commercial on tv (when its functioning properly and fighting the battle over the wind) tells you that you can afford whatever they are advertising even though we are suffering from econocrisis
you only have 3 roommates instead of 5... perhaps the others died of piggy flu
there is no in n out or pinkberry or nordstrom or disneyland for hundreds of miles
etc. etc. etc.
yes, sometimes rexburg feel like a third world country
